These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fix Phone 24/7 website (fixphone247.com) and the doorstep repair services we provide across Queens, Jamaica, Astoria, and Long Island, NYC. By booking a repair or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
Fix Phone 24/7 is a fully mobile, doorstep repair service — we do not operate a public walk-in storefront. Our technicians travel to your home, office, or another agreed location to perform the repair. We repair iPhones, Android phones, iPads, laptops, and iMac/desktop computers, including screen replacement, battery replacement, water damage recovery, charging port repair, and related hardware services.
When you submit a booking request through our website, by phone, or via WhatsApp, you agree to provide accurate information, including a phone number where our technician can actually reach you and a correct address for the repair. Please provide a contact number other than the device being repaired, since that device may be unreachable during the repair process.
Prices listed on our website (e.g., "Starting at $59") reflect typical starting prices for common repairs. The final price depends on your specific device model and the condition of the repair and will always be confirmed with you before any work begins. We do not charge for a diagnostic quote.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due after the repair is completed and you've confirmed the device is working as expected.
We provide a 30-day warranty on parts and labor for the specific repair performed, covering defects in the part or workmanship. This warranty does not cover new physical damage, liquid damage occurring after the repair, or issues unrelated to the original repair.
Our technician will travel to the address provided at the agreed time. If you are not available at the location when the technician arrives, additional trip fees may apply for a second visit. We recommend confirming your availability when we contact you to schedule.
You may cancel or reschedule a booking at no charge before a technician has been dispatched. Please let us know as early as possible via phone or WhatsApp.
Information you provide when booking (name, phone, address, device details) is used only to arrange and complete your repair. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
While we take great care with every repair, Fix Phone 24/7 is not liable for pre-existing device issues, data loss during repair (we recommend backing up your device beforehand), or damage caused by prior unauthorized repairs.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
